subing or employing

just wondering what you guys do about getting people to work for you
do you sub work out? hows it work cut wise equipment etc
or do you employ? whats the going rate of pay if i supply everything? work van etc.
only toying with the idea, any advice welcome

dont bother work on your own , had workers in the past it works out

If you can get the right people your lauging, else it's a nightmare!

I've just taken on a Fully qualified Plumber ;) will be sending him for his gas safe ( it's Expired, but he won't be window cleaning for long )

No experience of subbing out, so can't offer an opinion on that.

To move forward as a business you will need extra help to clean an increased work load, you will be better of using a self employed person to help you out as required a few days a week.
