in to get knee cartilage done  looks like wont work again for at lest 2 weeks,fed u already :( any one else had this and how did you get on  thanks

Terrible, the pain was unbearable - they cut the leg off in the end. Never worked again.

Had the cartilidge half removed Dec 23,if your wfp could prob work after a week but everyone heals different

Had mine done , they said not to work for 5 weeks , was back after 1 week due to the fact i had just gone wfp !
If they give you excersizes to do , you must do them though , i sort of forgot , and i reckon it put the return to proper strengh back a bit

I didn't do to much physio,after still have the odd niggle after a heavy day but all bearable,just don't do anything if you feel its to soon ,knee probe can be a major setback
