Commercial Work and Office Managers (Admin Biffs)....
« on: April 25, 2012, 10:41:25 pm »
Is it just me, but do you find you have trouble with the 'Office Managers' of commercial accounts?

Right, in 'real life', I'm lovely.  I'm always clean shaven, uniformed, polite, smiling (grinning), and we usually do a fair job.

But I've one commercial account, a set of offices, and the Admin Biff there is a poisoned little woman who always tries to give me a tough time.  To be honest, I'd've been ultra rude to her in a previous life, but being a fine upstanding character these days, I smile and try to be pleasant towards her.

She walks around and checks window sills have been wiped, she's a real little Hitler, and has asked me to squeegy off 'her windows' twice now.  I haven't and I explain how the system works and I get a "But my window cleaner...".  I just say if there's any problems, call me back!

But I would like to strangle her.

Has anyone got a customer they would like to throttle?

Oh, and in celebration of Admin Biffs, it's "Administrative Professionals Day" today.

It's also Oliver Cromwell's birthday today too, and he was a real barsteward as well.
