Disabling light on Vauxhall Astra Van
« on: April 19, 2012, 11:16:10 am »
Hi there,

Every time I fill my van with water, it requires leaving the boot of my Vauxhall Astra van open for 20 mins or so. I'm finding that it's killing my battery.

Just wondered if anyone knew of a fuse to remove or a wire to cut (preferably not Hurt Locker style) to disable this rather useless light.

Many Thanks.

Surely the battery i nearly finished if one small light is doing this.  Maybe run the engine while filling and remain in attendance for security?
