they are on the ball. if you half complete an order but dont finish it,they usually contact later and try to get you to complete,with a discount sometimes!

oh and i also dislike how it takes you 10 mins to get through checkout because they keep suggesting products

With vistaprint you have to exploit their system. keep any emails they offer free 7 day delivery and when you want cards open that email up. there will be a minimum like £25 or £40 they have cottoned on to this and put time limits on these so will expire. but you can get good deals if you know what your doing . also go for free t shirt and postcards they are good. CWC when you choose your rubber stamp. as soon as you have ticked approval . go straight to shopping cart it should be in there already.. your right its long winded and  they try to sell you evrything including a website. If there's a few windies who live near each other you can buy together get extras like gloss finish and printing on back receipts or whatever.
