Forgot to mention with Google Express Adverts that i have given this a quick go and the advert does not appear along with the rest natural Google places but in the same locations as Google Adwords, they just have a blue place marker next to  them.

Now they are talking about another "over optimisation" penalty.

Apparently it is to reward "high  quality sites" with poor optimisation, to show up better in the results.

That will be fun to see how they apply that one. Maybe using social stuff only?
