I do agree that if you are just wanting it to try and look good that's not going to happen(Which is why i also think when it was called being a fan of this business rather than a liker worked better(caused less confusion). But for me i'm thinking more about a social media survey seeing what others customers are responding to and then running a similar post on my own page.
