Do you like drinking Daz?

The hard work is paying off now as I tend to try and get 1 or 2 days off a week to persue other things, it has been tough though.

I think that window cleaning and drinking go hand in hand. There's nothing like a nice cold can of an evening after a hard days graft and there's nothing wrong with that, I'm sure you'll agree.

Its the other 9 cans that cause the problem.  ;D

I stay away from that though in the week. Windows are bad enough without throwing in an hangover too. :o

Well, it's not bad is it!  If you have some good quality work in front of you, the Sun is shining (but not too hot), you've got some stuff you like to listen on your MP3, you've got some nice sarnies for lunch; what's there not to enjoy about mincing around with a pole washing windows for the day?

Yes, sometimes I enjoy it.  Sometimes I don't.  I'm like that with a lot of things; it all depends on my attitude and the weather I guess.

I think to really appreciate window cleaning, you have to have done other jobs to compare how good it really is.

Quite true Samson, I've had loads of different jobs employed and self employed (Office worker, Builder, Groundworker, Mortgage adviser) and window cleaning for me is definitely the best to date, It gives me quality of life and flexibility and that's what I want. Everyday I hear about doom and gloom on the tv, from friends/family worried about work yet every day the phone rings (about work!) and I get busier and better paying work! Happy days  :)

I really do enjoy it,not really so much the cleaning (though i dont mind it) more that you can get to a job get it some and gone no hourly rate.I do garding work to hourly rate but time drags on doing that.I dont enjoy the canvassing I a good feeling getting a new job but, getting them seem to be my problem , I hate door knocking a leaflets is slow. But I'd love to get enough so I could do less gardening that's the plan anyway.
