Is white dual trim the one for me?
« on: February 29, 2012, 05:55:29 pm »
I always have used vikan brushes, tried a bently broom and couldnt stand it (i know its not a wfp brush but just stating cant stand soft bristles like that) but vikan has always been a favourite of mine.

So i want to try one of these sill brushes but i always get confused on the site, im thinking that the white dual trim is one for me, can anyone help please. Tar

hi matt,

we have just switched from vikan medium sill brush (which i liked) to the extreme super light sill brush, white dual trim.  me and my cleaner love it.  takes a little getting used to as its so much lighter than vikan, and feels rather insubstantial, but it is fantastic.  seems to be holding up well too.  go for it!

Hi all!!

i pretty much have all gardiners brushes, they are the only brushes i use now!! The white daul trim sill brush is spot on, great for both first and maintence cleans, the black soft daul trim is a good brush, good on maintence cleans only really, i use mainly on leaded glass. At the moment im torn between the white sill brush and the new daul trim with soft outer bristles and harder middle bristles, i prefer this brush but not as easy to clean sills. which ever on you go for its going to be great compared to a vikan sill brush!!
