just started using these guys for people who's not responded to the usual letters and phone calls.

all you do is go online and enter the details of the clients, and their debt and thomas higgins send them a nasty formal letter....  costs £2.20 per letter.  was recommended them by another small business local to me.

Well it depends, if you want to put a small claim, but it will cost you around £60.00. If the amount the customer owes you is less than that, it is not worth doing it. You can visit few more websites for more info, but this is what I think.
Professional property maintenance London company offers all aspects of household repairs and installations.

How did she react to the letter? Was she apologetic or mad? Not a dig just  would like to know...

hey GD,

she wasn't happy at all.  quite angry i understand, but she's over 8 months without paying (owes us for 3 cleans) and she's full of excuses and accusations.  not a nice woman to deal with at all.

we only send these letters to old custies who are no longer being cleaned, and have had numerous letters and phone calls off us already.

Good on you richard.
I think its bloody rude off people to hide behind curtains when you call for your money.i think i work hard for my money  ;D and i deserve to be paid within 1 month of the job being carried out,he has a clean in another 2 weeks and if he hasnt paid by then he wont be getting them done again.i dont like being taken for a mug.
I did a pub last month bloke was meant to meet me at 7am and he turned up at 8.30 then i went to clean it today and he didnt even turn up to meet me at 8am even after i phonEd him yesterday to remind him.
I mean some people are complete c..nts.

any bad debt sorted is good, but particularly if you can sort it with minimun fuss and no emotional energy.  just log on, type in the details and sit back and wait.  easy  :)
