Called into my local HSBC bank today to pay in. While I was there a man came to clean the windows and, in all honesty, the job he did was totally crap. It was fairly obvious that he was not a "proper" window cleaner and only had the bare minimum of equipment. His car (not van) has home writing on it - service something??
As I was at the counter, I asked who cleaned their windows. And the reply was "some national company who only come once a year". "we're not happy with the job they do, but there's noth we can do about it"
Perhaps I should give my custom to a bank that supports me? :
