If you can do that 2nd job inside and out to a high standard in 1.5 hours then fair play to you.

1st job £250 (outsides only)
2nd job £180 (In & out)

Both monthly prices and would increase by 25% each extra month between cleans.

If these prices seem high, that's why I don't target commerical. If i get the job so be it, I'm quite happy earning good hourly rates from domestic custies.  ;D

Sunshine , totally same wavelength chap , your the closest in my ballpark  so far , i never went out for commercial from the start .
Got a funny story about it though , SAJ  , we all know of him i think, was looking at said jobs , he did countless mail drops , bombarded them with e mail , called in to see the boss , to no avail .

I was doing a £5 job in the city and some dude in a suit comes up and asked me to quote a few small windows for him ......................PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AN SMOKE IT STOOEY !

loving the van colour .... ;D

price wise

1. It depends on how dirty the glass is to begin with ( spiders and crud in the corners will take longer to clean )
2. It also depends on if this will be a regular contract monthly / quarterly
3. Forget how many windows there is and work out how long it'll take you

Personally i would hit them with £350 the first initial clean and upsell them to a regular contract cause most of these offices only get done when they can't see out the windows ...

Me personaly i would charge £350first clean external only (including entranceway )
and if it were quarterly £300
and monthly £200

hope this helps
