It's simple to actually do. You don't even have to read all that info, just download the paye and go from there
Do you have on line access to your own personal HMRC account?
If yes, then all you have to do is follow what they tell you to do.
Can you click on a link which says register as an employer......of course you can, although you should already have registered a while ago.
Go to download and do so.
Follow instructions as you go....

Can you enter a letter in a box....yes you can
Can you enter the date, where it says enter date....yes you can
Can you answer a question where options are only yes or no.....yes you can
Can you enter numbers which will be the gross wage....yes you can
Can you click on a button that says next or continue.....yes you can.
Can you print from your computer....yes you can.
Done

  Well get signed up for access then. Eveyone should be. You should be checking your self asssessment and own tax payments yourself as well as your accountant. If something were to go wrong, you are responsible not your accountant.
