The permit aint worth poop Dave , they will still ticket you , i know , you cost me £70 last year on 2 vans for a £4 clintons  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I had to laugh though as i was in maccy d's gettin a double sausage and egg for the gimp ! 

I have the video footage of the offence , if anybody would like to post it , let me know and i will email the vid !
I would do it but aint got a clue how
