No I haven't.  Just make sure it is genuine though and not another one of those pretend directory companies that say they have contacts but only want your money so that they can place you in a directory that no-one reads.

I've done a fair few schools in the past and never had a problem with payments from what I remember they always seem quite prompt

It's a scam, I've had the same call before - you pay them money up front. I asked her to e-mail me all the information and i'd take a look at it, she said ok - that was the last I ever heard from her & no e-mail. If she was genuine and wanted my business then she would have sent me the info.

Yeah when I get telesales calls promising me the earth I ask them to email the proposal and information over to me for consideration stating the guarantees they are offering.
Funny enough if they do actually email me they never seem to include in writing all the bulls*** promises they have guaranteed me over the phone.

staffordshire schools ad 2 cleans outside only, everything
above 11ft inside  ,so they are saying
they gauarantee the work not a chance
