Hi all

I purchased a water heater off cleantech a few years ago now and at the time they were looking into ways to feed 2 hose reels. They did come up with something but i thought it was very expensive so didnt bother.

Im sure there must be an easy way?

Anyone have any ideas?

But that means using 1 pump on 2 reels?

I have a spare pump and vari stream that i can use but i cant for the life of my suss this one out! Its propably so easy!

I have an ITR water heater and run two reels from 1 pump no problems at all, as pope vader says 'T' piece before the reels.

Ok will try try that but what happens if 1 user turns his pole off on one reel? That will mean too much water goes to the other pole?

Is there a way to do it with 2 pumps?

Nothing will happen, the pump is still pumping water to both reels but water will only run if the pole (or poles) is connected and switched on. Regarding too much water, I use a gardiner pole hose tap to control the flow of water to how I want it so that the pole isn't squirting water out all the time and at full pressure, cheap simple solution.

Will try the t-piece first and see how we get on with that.

Tell me this Mr Tibbs, the itr heater and pump draw a lot from the battery!!!! What battery/split charge set up do you have?

I have leisure battery for my WFP system which is connected to my van battery via a heavy duty split charge relay (so the auto electrician told me) which I have never had to charge manually since i've owned the van (12+ months). Then I got my ITR hot water system about 3 months ago off another window cleaner which I fitted in the back of my van. This is running off it's own leisure battery and is charged via the main heavy duty relay, so in effect is just connected to the other leisure battery and I have never charged this manually either. All auto electrics done professionally by an auto electrician some i'm happy and confident that it all works, which it does!

That looks good Terry, what's the running cost like? Also had a look but I can see anyone who sells them

No I dont Clear Vision, But I have thought about getting a big drum of it and keeping it in my garage probably save a fortune. I take it you run yours on red? You don't get no problems with the system using red?

yes i run mine on red all the time with no probs at all.

My mates have their own farms so i just get drums from them whenever i need it. A lot cheaper!
