Hanover is seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers
for a 3 year contract (extendable on 2 seperate occasions both for a 1
year period at Hanover's sole descretion) to appoint suitable service
provider/s to deliver Office Cleaning Services to Hanover Offices in St
Neots (lot 1), Staines (lot 2) Chippenham (lot 3) and Hackney (lot 4).
The value of the contract is approximately 750 000 GBP excluding vat and
including all potential contract extensions.
Established in 1963 Hanover Housing Association (Hanover) is dedicated to
providing choice and independence for older people and is one of the
largest specialist providers of retirement housing and related support
services for older people in England. The Hanover Group manages nearly 19
000 retirement and extra care properties, which are available for rent or
purchase on more than 600 estates including 4 000 on behalf of other
organisations. Hanover is the innovator of Extra Care Housing (housing
with additional on-site support and facilities) with developments in 57
locations. The group employs a dedicated workforce of nearly 1 000
individuals who provide over 30 000 residents and customers with a highly
professional and personalised service.
