Micro Spliter vs Ultimate Master
« on: December 17, 2005, 07:24:44 am »
Hi all

Can anyone advise me on the use of microsplitters as I currently use Alltecs ultimate master and was wondering if it is worth giving MS a try.

Any view on both most appreciated

Cheers

Neil

Neil,

If you do a search on MS there is loads of stuff.

At one time these products were the most hyped known to CC man :(

Its always worth trying different materials and also different aproaches and only you can decide from the results you achieve.

I still like Prochem or similar chems with water at  about 80c to give a really good clean but others will differ.

Cheers,

Doug

I use both at the same time, I pre-spray with m/s but still use u/m in the tank. But if I had to choose between one or the other UM would win hands down.

M/S, if nothing else gave me a lot of confidence because they are so idiot proof.

One thing I don't understand is m/s advertising that they don't have optical brightners as if thats a good thing.
How about a m/s WITH brightners, or wouldn't that work?

hi Gary,
Do you find the pre-spray with ms give you better results than if you were to pre-spray using normal pre-sprays?
i also use ultimate master and pre-spray with alltec's citrus pre spray.

Do you think it would be worth me changing my pre-spray to one of the ms versions?
