Doing Surveys
« on: November 25, 2005, 06:16:01 pm »
Hi

I have just done my first 4 surveys and got all the jobs ( well chuffed ). The first 3 were straight forward but the 4th i was the highest quote, after giving her the price she said she would think about it. I then showed her my NCCA training certificate and insurance doc, explained what process i would be doing,as she has had her suites and carpets cleaned before(3 seat 2 seat and 1 chair took the guy 45 mins) she was amazed and agreed to the price i quoted. I guess it pays to survey. ;D

Regards

A tip I was given... if you are closing all your sales, you are too cheap...

You want to be aiming at about 85% closure.. apparently!

Always survey.. you'll close more..
