Any Final solution?
«

Had a customer with a dog pee stain and a white wine stain which I couldnt budge, but I did tell her I'd seek a solution and get back to her.
I tried fibre & fabrice rinse followed by urine nuetraliser on the urine and stain pro & fibre & fabric rinse on the white wine..but....
...any ideas floating around out there? The stains arnt that old,and she promised me that the only thing she had put on there was cold water...carpet is beige and the dog pee has left green stains.

green stains
mm sounds a bit like 1001 back to ruin anouther good carpet, most dog pee goes the obvious yellow, 1001 tends to turn carpet green

I find some wee comes out, some doesn't!!
I wonder if it makes a difference if its a male or female dog? I think I'm right in saying female wee is stronger due to hormones.

I've heard some people mention 'urine off' which is available from the pet superstores, but I haven't tried it.
I've got out some very bad wine stains both red and white using microsplitters, but it does sound as if these stains are older than she is letting on. It does also sound to me that she has had a go at removing the marks herself!!

No good now but, first thing to check when someone says 'I've only used water' is if there is a detergent in the stain.. use a pipette with clean water from the customers tap, squirt into stain then suck back up... if there are bubbles, then a detergent has been used.

You could use a reducer like Chemspec's Spray and go, it's sodium metabysulphate (bleach) directions on tub just be sensible, I've had some excellent results and delighted clients with it.

Sodium Metabysulphate buy it from your local HOME BREW supplies, they use it for strilizing bottles.
I believe Sheffield Shaun gets his wife to drink it!!!
