I just sold one of these to a forum member for their 4040, worked very well, took the tap pressure up to 100psi

Yeah I can confirm pump Lee sold me is great - has virtually halved the time it takes to fill tank and Tds has fallen from RO to about 14 - well worth the money

Mark whats your tds going in? have you adjusted the waste tap, i found that mine ran at its optimum by opening the waste tap until the pressure gauge reads 60psi, the ro then produced water to 7, with 375 going in

Clarke SPE1200SS 1” Self Priming Stainless Steel Pump

should be okay - not as powerful but should do a satisfactory job

I use one of these works really well and if you give them a ring it is a lot cheaper than buying it on ebay
