Pushing it forward.
« on: October 11, 2011, 10:15:11 pm »
In order to hit target this year, I have to get £8,284.72 per annum of new signups by the end of december 2011.

So far for October, I have generated £3540 per annum of new signups, I figure that I should be able to do my target for Decemeber if I knuckle down and focus.

Anyone else got any targets to hit for end of year?

Is that down to a lack of motivation Stuart? or rounds that are too scattered?

nope just to full, I need to employ, sell, or sub, or dump some work, or not worry and just be late getting round, can't make my mind up at the minute

My goal is to be covering my living costs by the end of the year!

I relocated to Ireland in July due to family circumstances. I had a well established w/c round in England, with work coming out of my ears!

I started up here from scratch and in 9 weeks have earned an average of half of what I need each week. I have around 90 customers, of which only around 35 are proving to be good, regular customers. Most of the rest are, frankly, time wasters which will go when I have replaced them with better customers. The culture toward window cleaning here is so different to England, ('regular' translates here to 2-3 times a year) so I will concede that it is tough going! However, I will continue to work hard to make it work, and by next year I will have a thriving business.

Best wishes to you all,
John.

I've only just started my new accounting year (1/10).  I have set myself a turnover target to reach by 30/9/2012.  If I get through most of my work on time (not always so easy in Winter) I will be most of the way there.  It will be hard graft but I feel up for the challenge at the moment.
