Its what you get used to using,
I have used harris poles, fishing poles , the lot.
But they all ended up as back up poles.
The fishing poles, i got fed up of dropping sections on the grass, and trying to avoid treading on the sections was a pain.
Harris poles are ok , but again, the twist action became a real ball ache, and they eventually stuck,
The lever poles are the best by far nowadays,.. i use the gardiners clx 27 foot,... closes down to 5ft, and light .. and long enough to do most jobs.
I think most of us have tried the cheap poles and ended up disgarding them as back up poles or binned them.
Trust me, if you can afford a better pole, get one...!
and you will look back on a harris pole barely being able to believe .....you actually worked all day with
THAT.
