Anyone have this backpack? Thoughts?

Doing some research as I want to start window cleaning. I have experience with trad methods but never used wfp before. I would be doing most of my round with trad methods but looking for something to do the occasional arkward window and conservatory roofs.
Would a backpack or trolley system be better for my needs?

I started out wfp only with just a backpack & barrels.

Only conny roofs with glass need pure - those with perspex pannels can be done with tap water

I haven't done a reading yet but think I'm in in a hard water area. Tbh I was going to buy the water already purified as wouldnt be using a great deal.

Bought this 2 weeks ago. Great bit of kit for hard access areas.,and carry handle at top is realy usefull . battery last a good days work.

id buy the backpack but not the starter kit.

can do the same start up kit for less money and much better kit.

Yes, was looking at that site the other day. The 'Backpack ESR16' looks good for the money.

They're good backpacks, particularly for the money.

You'll need a pole of course, pole hose, connectors, and a brush.  If you're only doing 1st story windows and/or conservatory roofs and 18ft (extended) would be OK for most and will give you 22ft reach.  When comparing poles look for the extended length and the reach, as it may not always be clear from the model no.

Depending on how/where you're getting your water you might also want to get a TDS Meter (Total Dissolved Solids) and some 25L water containers.

I'd recommend something to control your water use as your supply will be quite limited (e.g. inline tap, trigger, Aqua-dapter), but if you're introducing it gradually into your existing traditional round, that might not be too much of a concern to begin with?
