Bobby, you seem to have had bad luck employing Lithuanians and drug takers, do Lithuanians in your experience take a lot of drugs? I just ask this as they seem to have slim faces and high cheeckbones?
its true most Lithuanians are slim with high cheekbones just how theyre made i guess . ive never employed a lithuanian,maybe one day i will ! in my experience the drug taker majority are the British youths.
As it happens my latest worker is turning out to be excellent,a real breath of fresh air in fact and all work is moving on at a pace.
my secondary worker ,is coming good too , i had suspected he was yet another cannabis king ,but now i believe that his slowness really was due to a lack of sleep . ive also had to finish another worker whose lateness and excuses got beyond ridiculous -i carefully wrote a script before giving him the news so i hopefully have no backlash problems from him
