cement on pvc frames

hi guys whats the best way to get cement off of pvc frames?
i have a customer that has just had new pvc windows installed and the house rendered and there is allot of cement on the frames i have tried pvc cleaner and they are better but still bug bits in the mouldings of the pvc what can i try that wont damage the windows cheers all

if the work was only do recently hot soapy water will remove the cement , i did a clean at the weekend which had been rendered over a week ago and it came off easy with hot soapy water .

upvc scraper (dull edge blade) make sure sruface is wet first!

or thinners will tak off just about anything!

Including the Upvc finish
The pen is mightier than the sword (and a lot easier to write with!)

ive not had any adverse effects on upvc yet  ???
