Titan ladders

Anyone had a problem with these ladders? We have had THREE break on us tis year.
Luckily no one hurt apart from a couple of scratches.

All 3 between the 3rd and 4th rung from the top of the bottom section, all were commercial class ladders

I bought a 3m set of with artic feet 2 months ago, what failed on the ladder, was it the rung hooks? what happend? i thought these are decent ladders? cheers m  :-\

Just snapped with no warning. We only keep ladders for 2 years then get rid of them these were all under a year old

No the sides of the ladder, both sides

How do you fasten them on to your roof bars, if you use ladder locks could you be overtightening them and weakening the sides of the ladder causing them to fail. ???
