i have tried calling but cant get threw they must be busy.

my clx pole top section has jamed up the tape has come loose and the glue is all over the inside of one ploe section how can i get the glue off will methylated sprits be ok on my pole i dont want to damage it

Once you get the main bits off, I would just use a bit of white spirits on a cloth. I've done that several times with no problems. Always carry white spirits in the van anyway for removing tape residue on front doors.
