does the use of wfp prematurely rott the woodframes?
i've noticed more becoming in a bad way

Nah.
The only thing it could be accused of is knocking flaking paint off of poorly maintained windows, which is why I never do them.
Given that it rains most weeks in this country, I struggle to beleive that wetting the windows once a month would noticeably speed up the process.

Wooden frames are the norm here in The Netherlands...and I have not seen anything that would indicate 000tds water is having a 'rotting' affect.

Rotten wood is wood which is crumbling apart. It could be that a jet of water from your brush head flushes out some of that crumbling wood and leaves a hole in the frame. The damage to the wood was there in the first place (nature taking its course) but your clean has made it look worse. The wood didn't have any strength before you came and is no worse after you leave.
Rotten windows frames are usually the result of poor maintenance by your customer. Wooden window frames that are treated and protected very really rot.

Deffinatley pure water is like acid.It rots wooden frames damages window seals and rubbers.Being trad thats what i tell everyone.

Not a chance i do handful of widows with wooden frames and the only one that is not in poor condition is the one which is well maintained , all the others have not painted their windows for over 3yrs now

Heres one of my customers windows
No wait... thats next door to one of my customers .... she hasnt had a window cleaner in over 30yrs.
She asked me to clean them .... told her to give me a call when she gets new ones

Water on wood rots it, or starts decay. Thats why they paint them.
