This quote from that web page:

I suppose that could be open to interpretation depending on how you read it.
Hopefully, if they are getting into telecoms, they will be subject to a regulator.

I doubt thats any thing to do with Wcp as ian is the main guy at Wcp and brad was brought in to help, there's no mention on there of ian and I know ian is working on compas180
