i'm in text talks with an EOT customer as i type, she wants to pay by cheque and i said no, cash only, now she's asking if she can defer payment till friday, again i said no but i can rebook her for friday if that will help. waiting for the cancellation text next.

oh the thread, errrr same i think. some cash some cheques but only cash on EOT's as i insist on this, once bitten, twice shy.
