Sole Trader to Ltd Co Part 2
« on: August 10, 2011, 08:32:10 am »
Hi Everyone

Many thanks to all who replied to my earlier post about becoming a ltd Co certainly alot of interesting comments.

As a ltd co as I understand it you pay yourself a wage by Paye and draw additional monies by means of Dividends, wondered how people who are ltd do that, do you draw monthly, twice a year or whenever you require funds.

Regards

Eddie

You can withdraw funds whenever you like but this will be liable for tax unless you get a good accountant to look after you and provide you with best advice.

You'll find accountants are a lot less expensive than carpet cleaners and your initial meeting for a chat is FREE.
