had my pure freedom trolley set up delivered today and i have found it very difficult to set up...i have called them several times but noone has got back to me so wondered if anyone can help please.....
1. i flushed the ro system out as instructed then put it through the di and into a container, should i have done anything to the di system before using it?
2. i then turned on the controls on the trolley as described and some fluid was coming out of the connecter where the pole attaches, but there was no water for it to be pumping so i turned it off dont know what that was?
3. i then thought i would charge the battery but just kept flashing red on the led, thought this might not be good either?
4. i have given up till tomorrow now and turned the tap off after filling one 25l container in about 5 hours, this cant be right? is there anything i should do when i turn it off as it is sitting there with tap water in the ro and di, is this ok?
on top of this the pole i have got is way heavier than i anticipated ..........not a good day, any advice please?
