i used to use streamline light but you cant beat the pole hose supplied by aqua-daptor.it very rarely kinks and i find it more managable.its also very light.
price higher/work harder!

do you link the hose as a stop flow control with this hose.

i use streamline lite, and its easy to kink and stop the flow,.but with the other hosestypes on the other poles when we kink it after a time the hose breaks/spilts where we  kinks it..

I use aqua adapter hose which is also a PU hose, and you can kink it to stop the flow if you like. I'm 100% sure that PU hose is the way forward, its properties don't change at all whatever heat you have the water at.

PU hose is the best
worth the extra cost, just use it on your main pole
put pvc hose on the others
lite5 is not as strong its also bulky and heavy
