saw this on rounds for sale, and thought it looked like a good price for someone maybe.

Comments: Very compact over 4 areas very close to each other 1 man 18 days, great payers great round nice area.can split. I am happy to accept £500.00 a month to pay off the cost of buying the round. I am getting to old now to clean windows, whilst we also operate a office cleaning business as well. Looking to pass the round to someone who will look after our customers. My mates son phoned it today.
Apparently the blokes ex put it out that he was selling up as a hoax.

I phoned this ad as well, just told round was not for sale  ???,funny thing is the round was up for sale a while ago,under a different contact number,guys name was cameron,but today i got paul,back then it sounded a good round but bank let me dowm  >:(

Reminds me of a round I enquired about, when I rang the number on the advert I got a real ear bashing and was threatened with police action !  His business partner had a fall out with him and put the round up for sale as a hoax . . . . . he had about 30 inquiries about the round.
