PICKED A NEW JOB UP YESTERDAY
« on: June 28, 2011, 11:49:52 pm »
Went to quote a new job yesterday, people had moved from that London to leafy berkshire and decided they needed a w/c.

I got there about 4pm as arranged and gave a price of £40 on an 8 week clean as its what they wanted,   the lady said she had 2 other quotes of £30 and £35 but decided to go with me as she said she was sold on my quote as the other 2 never mention cleaning of frames and any cobwebs and bebris around frames.

lady was a stunner late 30s early 40s and looked like a model,   anyway cleaned and both him and her were pleased.

anyway today I checked the house name and area on google and it came up as recently sold in last 6 months for £1,750,000   and yet you expect it to have lots more windows but it never.

Ive been quite fortunate as Ive now got quite a few of these type proporties  and although yesterday clean took me an hour and 15 mins I did have a lenghthy chat with them both and had a nice brew so future cleans will take about 45/50 mins.

I do quite a few million + houses around here on Mersea Island in Essex and to be honest some of them arent that great to look at its the view and location by the sea that makes them expensive, most have pools, the most expensive clean is £40 every 6 weeks.
Im not scared of heights, just falling from them.
