I use WCP and have, from them, had a response to my problems  within a reasonable time.
If they do, or do not make a new program ( Compass) it surely will now be dictated  by any more negative posts. If they look at what has gone in to this topic ( be it right or wrong)I am sure they will now make the decision to walk away from it all.

The initial mention, a few months past, of their new package of Compass was not too well received in this forum ( again be it right or wrong) and that again must have been treated as " is it really worth all this bother if this is the response".

I have decided to continue with WCP as I really cannot do without the daily planner feature for juggling jobs best suited to our working areas etc. etc
I am not defending them or criticising member's opinions as they have bought the package and have every right to voice their opinions it's just that this negativity will drive them away from a reasonably good program development.

The thing is wcp has a very small market and for a company servicing that product was always going to be a doomed 'business' there is simply not enough call for it and when the product was released that's it...you have stumped up your cash and the company get no more...hence the gold plans etc...trying to add service for a cost which in my opinion is fair but given that the market is so small that was doomed...

Great product...great people to deal with...but the mechanics were floored from the start...I would glady stump up some cash to get further updates...

Would anyone else and more importantly would WCP?

Cheers Dave.
