Hi Guys, had my 1st day out today with my backpack to do a few friends houses,on one of the houses  there was really bad spotting before i even started so gave it a good scrub with the hose and pure water but spotting still there, so tried using my squeegy and blade with a bit of fairy and a damn good scrub and it was still there.is there any potions or lotions i can use like white spirit or similar that wont get on my brush after.thanks for any help.Ian.

Ian, some hphobic glass will always spot, try trad blading 5 min after with no detailing.

Thanks guys will give it a go with that stuff.Jeff i tried all sorts to get it off even used my thumb and rubbed hard but as it dried they all appeared again.very strange.thanks again.Ian

Well if it wont rub off its in/on the glass, have seen waterproofing for walls in milky droplets that are there forever, wet scraper helps but not much.

Ive tried loads of stuff that people have advised on here to use but one person recomended this and its the only stuff thats worked.

there is s a post over on the dark side c l e a n i n g p r os that id did some time ago called "zap the spots together", its in the a-z archives nobody has yet  maybe one day there will be an aditive that will reduce spotting by 50% because it allows gravity to break the bond between the glass  ).

you are the ONLY other person that describes my problem exactly!!!

e.g... lots of spots that are only visable when the direct sun is on them, you cant see these spots on the north side of the house or when the sun is not blazing down at just the right angle!!! can you?
