Lost out to a rug scrubber fs
« on: June 12, 2011, 08:48:57 pm »
Sometimes just sometimes you have to sit back and laugh at some situations.
The other day I had an enquiry, the usual sort of stuff "How much for a standard mid terrace, all the rooms....blah blah blah?"
So I ask all the questions and whilst punching the calculator I say "Had any other quotes?"
"Yeh" came the reply "someone said they would hire a RD and the total cost would be £80"
I couldn't have upsold professional carpet cleaning v RD anymore but you have to admit defeat when it's price orientated.

So £80 minus £30 hire minus £10 product = 2 bedrooms, HSL, Living/Dining room

derek west
