« on: May 08, 2011, 03:41:18 pm »
Got a purefreedom trolley with their logo and contact details on and i have had a few people walking past looking at the trolley as if they are looking at purefredoms contact details, are we all losing customers because of this ? im looking at removing the purefreedom logo and contact details and putting my logo and contact details on the trolley good idea or not ?

They`ll be Purefreedom Spotters; you know, like Eddie Spotters look for Eddie Stobart lorries.
That`s why I didn`t get the Purefreedom trolley; I didn`t want all the attention that they attract.
But I don`t think you should deny them their pleasure by anonymising your trolley. Just spread a little joy.

well now is the time of year that people see you working and think to themselves "I could do that".  I had one cheeky bloke come up to me recently and start asking loads of questions about how much I charge and so on.

When I offered to come and look at his house to give him a proper quote, he ignored the question and started asking me how much my poles etc cost!

I'd be very wary if I were you.  It isnt hard for someone to start window cleaning these days, especially with all the redundancies flying around.

I think the £1000 start up cost for the trolley, pole, di/ro and barrels will put them off mate.

You seem a little paranoid,

I reckon there's more chance of one of your customers murdering you whilst you are cleaning their house than buying a purefreedom trolley and getting rid of you. :-)
