Dunno if its just me but considering Im self employed but I hate Monday mornings.

Prob summit to do with having weekends off for the first time in over 23 years (ex car sales) but find Monday mornings a real struggle 

Am I alone in this or do you all spring out of bed looking foward to a week on the windows ?

Hi mate when i get up i do look forward to going out 6 days a week and for the last 8 years call me sad but i love my job and would not change for anything.

I wouldn't say it's you. In this instance Dave simply has more enthusiasm. I love my job equally as Dave I'm sure but also can struggle with motivation, particularly on the first day back after the weekend and we've just had 4 days off. We've 4 more this weekend coming so I'll be the same next week. But that's life, us, who we are. Dont beat yourself up about it, you'll only make matters worse. I just like to look forward to the end of the day and hoping I achieve my daily targets, so long as I dont set them too high.

Motivation is running at an all time high here; I've even booked two gutter cleaning jobs in for Saturday; and I'm on a Bid to Win course in early May.

How sad am I? 

This too shall pass though, I know I know!!!

 i look forward to getting started  each week        /   partly due to a family prob i have which means im focussing on the business

i was happy to just get out there on the tools after a 2 week lay off due to injury!

i usually dont have any problems come monday mornings as i also have enthusiasm for my business.on the odd time i have low motivation i just take the day off and start again on the tuesday!! .

 i love the window cleaning life!!!!

no boss,flexibility and low stress coupled with half decent money!great!!

dont take it for granted though mate!!the last 2 weeks have made me realise that!!!

Love getting up and getting out there doing the windows. Its the best job or career anyone could have knowing you done a good days graft as well reaping the rewards that come with this job.

I am a keen shiner, but like many I too occasionally have self-motivation issues. They soon pass though.
