TFR AND CLOVER-SOL CITRUS
« on: April 26, 2011, 02:24:56 pm »
I have been reading about people using TFR and CSC on conservatory roofs. I personally use just fairy, but would like to try different products.
I was thinking of using carpet cleaning prespray, like the Citrus one from Alltec, has I have some knocking around. These chemicals are designed to take alsorts out of carpets, why not try them on conservory roofs. Saves spending out on TFR or something, if it works.

Why use a carpet prespray on a conservatory? Just use a chemical that is designed for the job. A 5 litre bottle of ubik 2000 costs around £7 and can last a good few months if used correctly.

Try it.... but its at your own risk mate. You damage a conny roof and you will end up regretting trying to save £7.

Use something thats tried & tested.... I use Viro-sol citrus

If you have ordered the Viro-Sol then i'll give you my tip.

25L barrell - 1L Viro-Sol, 23L water + 1 bottle of fairy

Just dont leave it on for longer than five mins or 3 mins in the sun
