Been to the Guildford roadshow on the 16th of March,purchased a 32 foot Grafter Plus pole and they said it would be 4 weeks before I recieved it,it has now been almost 6 weeks this Wednesday and getting fed up waiting as I am having to put some good jobs on hold until the pole arrives,tried ringing but can't get through,I might aswell cancel and go some where else but is a shame as it felt a very good quality pole

I would not wait 6 weeks my money is worth more. Find a suppler who needs to earn money, Ionic has had a road show and not planed for the increased orders.That crowd are to full of them selves,They will never get my business.\or they get the orders first and then order inn. All spells crap service.

if that was any other business  that would look like it was going, bust   i remember a furniture company doing that a few years ago,  taking orders for months and telling custy they where waiting on deliverys  even taking money up to the last day, then went bust and the money went to paying the debits that the business owed money too and no one got there stuff,

I've got mine.  I ordered a 28ft grafter at the cleaning show, and I have been using it.

Maybe I am just better looking than you all so have been put to the front of the queue!
