I considered charly pads but went with some cheap microfibre ones off ebay and these carpet pads from restormate
http://www.restormate.co.uk/epages/15094.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/15094/Products/0002f

can't go wrong imo

Been looking into the carly pads, a few mates swear by them but they are indeed pricy!

White Nylon Floor Pads (Usually 3M) with an encapsulation product ie Surround / Formula 161 / Rotobrite 2

Microfibre with Stripe mainly for agitation after HWE to remove yellowed traffic lanes.

Tuway Green or Brown Striped for bonnet cleaning with Bonnet BUff, DFC105, SR Rotobrite or MS

90% of my work is on commercial tiles.

Dry Fusion pads for oiling wood!!!
