I'm not terribly happy with the cleaning. Because of the long gaps we leave due to it being a holiday house and the general dust etc created by the farming, I feel the windows need hand cleaning and not just the machine brush you use

It has been 4 weeks and is near the seafront.what they expect.

Theyre never there so probably never see the clean where i know for a fact theyre amazing as its a big property and get to see the windows i started at dry.

They owe me money from January and im chasing it up, it usually promts a cancellation when its been this long lol...lets throw in a silly excuse.

And i didnt even give them the chance for discussion about it, they were disputing that they sent the cheque...yeh for octobers clean in december!

Just replied with heres the invoice the clean was done in january and attached invoice.

Years ago this would of stressed me and i would of rose to it...now i just laugh and dont say anything. they want an arguement...this is one time in customer service you dont give them what they want
