It depends what kind of a clean you want. Many are happy to just wash down a conservatory roof to get rid of the green etc., but I like to get up on top with upvc restorer and get rid of the grey upvc as well. A water fed brush doesn't do that.Of course it takes a lot longer, but then I charge a premium. My conservatory roof ladders were over £400 around 5 or 6 years ago, but were worth every penny.

Not having a go at anyone by the way....so rein yourself in Wc solutions (other post noted )When you get upvc with ingrained dirt and grime/pollution whatever you call it...especially in corners are you honestly telling me that leaving a chemical on the offending area then a rinse will get the grey areas back to white?....on sills in corners is a typical example of where to get it back to original colour requires solvent/cream cleaning agent and a lot of elbow grease,i have never came across a chemical that will take this type of crud back to original finish...and that is where connie ladders come into use as the finials especially often get discoloured....anyway i hope i am doing it wrong so that after more years than wc solutions in the trade i have learnt a new tip...
