Customer not in real world

Went to a regular customer this afternoon .. last time he send cheque he expressed interest in having fascias soffits and gutters and conny roof cleaned as well so thought about 100 quid all in ... told him prce and he looked at me for a long couple of seconds then said "oh I was expecting about £20 including the windows"

had to stifle a laugh  :-X ... just did the windows as normal ... some people no idea

I know what you mean Ian!

I've done 2 big fascias and soffits jobs this month and the customers did not realise
the amount of time and effort these jobs take hence they both tipped me £40.

Every £1 helps as they say!
