I can't remember the exact charges I will check, cheaper than collecting though and probably cheaper than banking cheques.

you just transfer the money to your account it takes around three days

I also offer bacs and that is preferred

Dean, you need to get rid of Formby, mate; serious.  I'd also check with your accountant about the tax status of what your customers 'donate' to you for cleaning their windows.

mmm I have just been having a dig round the paypal site and it looks like you can't get a pay now option for the button, I have one on my site. so I suppose Dean using the donate button makes sense, It used to give you a pay now option

The pay now button wasn't an option for me.

The donate button works fine though and there have been no problems so far.

There is a paypal pay now facility and button that you can put on your site. Have a search through the paypal site, if you can't find it i have a script which was produced for dreamweaver which does this, i'm sure i got it from the pay pal site though.
 Downside is that paypal charge you sometyhing like 40 pence for every transaction.

You just transfer your paypal balance to your bank account, a few simple mouse clicks. Paypal charges about 40 pence per transaction.

that is annoying though as I need to add a few options to my pay now buttons but it looks like I can't add any more now

ok the exact fee for receiving is 3.4% plus 20pence under £1500

You dont want a donate button, you want input boxes so that customers typr in their name, address and amount, and then a "pay now" button.

I struggled with this a few months ago, but I perfected it, use the code I used:
