You can't run hose over a pavement. Its a hazard even with signs/cones etc.

H and S don't like it.

Cant run hose over a pavement , well lucky for me i just lost 8.5k of shopwork then !

Can you see the state of my pavement , you got more chance of falling in one of them cracks than tripping on my hose !

Got told not to put cones out by a traffic warden last month , its illegal without a permit .
