i will try to post some information pertaining to the subject.

I got an aerial brush because i fet the bristles on the SL DT mono were too stiff.

I have been using the aerial brush for 6 weeks now and i really like it, it glides over the glass nicely, and when im doing awkward windows i feel that it gets in the corners better.

It does take a bit of getting used to because the bristles are quite soft and it has a large splay.

Some on here slate them without trying them, but i really like mine, i have fan jets fitted in  mine and i rinse on the glass and the combination works well.

Why not try the sl xtreme brush? the bristles are softer than the dt mono and its lighter than anything else too.

Might have a look at that, don't you need one of those new goose necks they have made to use that brush though?

No order it with the plastic adapter, it's £2.

Cheers Lee,

Apart from it being softer and lighter what's the difference? does it have good scrubbing power? its not just the lightness that am bothered about want a good brush that melts onto the window that cleans easily to be used all or most of the time

I have always used the SLDT, tried a flocked one but never got on with it. I got a new xtreme a week or so ago and i think its great for the money. It took a good few cleans to get used to it, but by the end of the day i was impressed. The bristles are soft and splays over the glass beautifully, and on georgians it doesn't get stuck and seems quicker. The other bonus is that it is very very light, don't know what it would be like on first cleans, but on maintenance cleans i really like it. I use it with just a plastic gooseneck.

Alex gardiner says that is all he uses now, and others on here have said that it has good scrubbing power on maintenance cleans.

I got the aerial brush for the reason that you are looking for in a brush, it melts into the windows nicely, and it can be used on leaded and georgian windows too.
